The defective ladders were sold at Home Depot and Lowe’s stores around the country from April 2018 through May 2018 for prices ranging from $180 to $275. The company received one report of the product breaking during use, resulting in an elbow injury. The company urged consumers to stop using the ladders immediately and return them to the store for a full refund.
