I need your advice as to whether I just seek legal counsel for an accident with a resistance band. my daughter was working out with her trainer at the gym when the band broke and shot back at her, wrapped around her hand and broke two fingers at the knuckles. She is very athletic and has experienced serval other brakes in her life but nothing like this. We are pretty she will get the m money she has spent to date involving this but the question is should we sue for p ain and suffering. The gym will compensate for the incurred charges but I am think the band manufacturer should be at fault. Need yo ur advice. thanks much. it is not easy to reach me by phone. please emails.
