In 2016, I suffered a knee injury and went to the emergency room. I was informed by the doctor that I tore my ACL and needed surgery. The surgery was conducted on May 2016. I continue my routine physical therapy and doctor appointments but complained that my knee keeps swelling and I have pain associated. I also asked if he could do another MRI to see what was done. He said I didn't need it and continue to give me anti-inflammatory pills. I was told to get another opinion which I did was the new surgeon conducted a MRI. The MRI revealed arithistus Which I never had before, ACL location was at the wrong location, and my meniscus is torn. Need assistance on this issue.

I have a son with special needs who had knee surgery over 2 years ago and his leg is larger (fat) than the other one. His foot is cricked and I feel like he has pain all the time. He's autistic and not sensible to pain. I highly suspect of malpractice.
