I have a IVC filter implanted in 2009. I have a law firm representing me but have not heard from them. It has been about four or five years since they took the case. The filter is moving through out my body. With my age I am afraid to have it removed. Have pain in my breast and back then its like it moves away to somewhere else. This is very up setting. Thanks for listening to me. I have had cat scans to see where it is at in my body.

iPad Mini IVC filter put in in 2008 I’ve had multiple pes heart surgery and I went nuts I don’t like the fact that I have a time bomb ticking in me I’ve been filed my case over 2 and 1/2 on the 3 years ago and I’ll already done s*** that I can tell so if anybody knows at decent attorney everyone know I have Tony deaina out of Houston Texas he is a useless attorney does anybody no the average time it takes to sell a claim please let us know

Look people, I am part of the cook bellwether trials , nobody cares . Pain, suffering, anxiety . They just need information they can show in court beyond a reasonable doubt and that’s hard to come by. We have it but in the end it doesn’t seem to be enough. My advice…..live for today poor but happy as we are.

I had a cook filter. It remained in me for several years, but the first year in, I developed pneumonia and had blood clots in both lungs. I finally had it remove through a tube inserted in my neck. Also just knowing that this filter could break apart caused serious mental anguish!

I had my IVC filter put in in 2008 since then I’ve had two pulmonary embolisms a cardio peritonitis which is her as a whole is bleeding in your chest cavity and a GI tract bleed I went suicidal I’ve been in several psychiatric wards then put on several types of psychiatric meds and I feel like I have a ticket in me I heard my tourney and 2015 and I don’t know where my place is but ask me for my medical records they were blown away because since the 2008 I had the filter put in I have over 500 pages of medical records I don’t know if I ever get paid anyting but a pennies more is when I have now so

I’ve had a claim filed since 2015 .I’ve had several major health problems since they put this device in back in 09 alot of pain and suffering and then in 2015 found out it had moved and punctured my chest and back was in terrible pain and was full of blood clots throughout my body. Had to have another surgery to remove this device said they removed it all but lawyers say his report was undetermined and I still can feel the same pain as before the surgery. The pain is real and now I’m worried that they were not able to remove it all because I’m still having problems. My attorney has said little to nothing about this case to me besides that we are sopost to be going to court but this has been a while back. My health is deterring I feel everyday. I spent the whole month of September in 14 because my body was full of blood clots this was before I had this device removed and still have had blood clots after they removed it. . Also had to have a peg tube placed in me for 4months. Im still exsperancing the same health problems and struggling mentally everyday not knowing What to do about it. So far haven’t spoken with my lawyer it’s always been someone else that can’t really tell me anything. Please help me if you know of anything I can futher do to help myself and to stress my concerns to.

I had a cook I v c filter implanted in 2011. I had major surgery in 2011. the next day after surgery I developed a blood clot in my leg.that’s when the filter was put in .they went through my neck in the vein. after the filter was put in I started having problems.

I have had multiple clots in my veins and arteries. In 2016 I had the filter put in and same day I got the filter was the same day I was experiencing discomfort in my lower back. They told me it was sitting on a nerve in which I am taking pain meds for. A few months ago I had a massive heart attack with 2 massive clots on my heart. Now ain’t that the whole reason for the filter so I would not have clots traveling.

My wife and i were married for 20 years plus.An i.v.c. filter was put in my wife in 2009.Not long afterthe i;v;c; filter broke;The doctors tried to remove the filter but couldnt.So they put another i.v.c. in her.There were two more attempts to remove the broken one still in her in 2009 and 2010.The third time trying to remove the i.v.c. filter my beloved wife died on the operating table.Three days after her death i started a lawsuit against C.R. BARD with 17 different charges even WRONGFUL DEATH .Now i am told that the case is in Arizona in MDL.I am so hurt that i havent heard ANYTHING from the company that killed my wife.It has been over 7 years now and still no type of compensation for the tremendous lost ive suffered .My wife was only 40 years old with zero health problems.What do you think a case like mine is worth.

My wife and I were married for over 20 years.She had a i.v.c. filter put in her in 2009.The device broke inside her so she went to surgrey to have the device removed but to no avail they couldnt remove it.Although they gave her a new one,they attempted two more times to remove the broken one and on the third attempt my wife died on the operating table.Ive had a lawsuit against C;R.BARD since 2010 three days after her death.I wonder what a lawsuit like this is worth;Bard has yet to try to compensate me or my family and its about to be 2018;
