Hello,
I am contraction you regarding a colonoscopy perforation of my 83 year old mother. Actually the pathology report shows perforation (s) of the small intestine. Additionally the prep was incomplete as noted by the doctors but they pushed forward. I had an attorney looking at the case but he has declined due to my moms age and the overall circumstance. We are pushing hard up against the statute, and because of the loss of time, he has agreed to put in notices to toll the extra 90 days. Moreover, this perforation, led to an 8 month hospital stay with multiple errors in several surgeries. I understand the difficulty of malpractice, negligence especially given age and in CA, but given several perceived errors, even with doctors already admitting mistakes, perhaps this is still a possible case I would be very interested in speaking with someone, as well as forwarding to you a letter that explain the many issues and details involved in the issues. I look forward to hearing back.
Thank you.
