The bus driver did not lower the ramp. As I leaned forward to put the two first wheels on the sidewalk, the driver proceeded to drive away. I screamed for him to stop.He did and I got yanked onto the door and the hot food I had in a bag fell on the ground. I asked the driver to give me his badge number he refused and took off with the door opened. I went to the hospital the next day. I have contusions on the right arm.
