The assistant principal pulled my child away from the fight very aggressively then when she had her far away from the fight she put her hands around her throat and choked my child and slammed her into a metal dumpster, the dumpster was hot and my child turned her neck (still standing in position never tried to run or anything) the AP slammed her harder into the dumpster. I have pictures and videos of the AP’s hands around my child’s throat and plan to be at the school first thing in the morning. I wanted to know what rights I have I want this AP punished to the maximum extent. I don’t agree with fighting especially at school but even more so I don’t agree with the AP choking my child for any reason.
