Hi Back in 2000 I ruptured 1 disc and bulged 2 others, I had a lamenectomy and then a whole body impairment rating. I since have left that place and am currently working for John Deere. I ruptured 1 on the other disc in 2014 and had another lamenectomy but they never gave me a body rating, and then in 2015 the other ruptured so I had to have a fusion and again never got any body impairment rating. I understand that the statue of limitations has run out probably on these. I found out just recently that I have sever spinal stenosis(neck) and I have to meet with a surgeon on the 17th of this month. My question is am I entitled to a body impairment rating if I have to have surgery which I am pretty sure that it sounds like it will be another fusion and is there a way to get another body impairment rating on my back since one was never offered by the company which I would think by law they would have to.
