Al Prince Technical High School Teacher Charged With Sexual Assault

State police from Hartford Connecticut have reported that a teacher at a technical high school has been charged with sexual assault for harassing a 14-year-old female student. The attorneys for 61-year-old Joseph Corbett have called the allegations against him ‘outrageous.’ They have argued that Corbett has taught at A.I Prince Technical High School for 29 years, and not once has a complaint been filed against him.
The youth who reported Corbett, told investigators that Corbett touched her inappropriately multiple times, but she was reluctant to report him sooner because she thought no one would ever believe her.
Corbett has been charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and is due in court on September 12th.
