Pedestrian Killed in PCH 8-23-2017

According to local authorities, a pedestrian was killed on Tuesday morning in Santa Monica after being struck by a vehicle. The accident occurred at about 5:10 a.m. on the Pacific Coast Highway in the 1100 block according to the Santa Monica Police Department.
