Edward Morgan’s path to his law degree began at the University of California Davis with a Bachelor’s degree in political science and government. Next, he attended Southwestern Law School, where he graduated in three years with his J.D. and as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. Upon graduation in 2010, he has been practicing law at some of the most prestigious firms in the Los Angeles area. While beginning his career as a defense attorney, he determined that his passion was giving back to those who needed his expertise the most. So, after seven years working for defendants that included significant corporations and insurance companies, he transitioned to protecting the rights of individuals and families whose lives were altered or ended in severe personal injury or wrongful death incidents. The list of accolades for Mr. Morgan includes a selection to Rising Stars from 2018 to 2023, an honor given to the top 5% in the legal field, and an award from The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2018. However, he is far more proud of securing full and fair compensation for his clients, including $3.65M in two cases of brain injuries suffered by senior citizens.

Igor Fradkin or as he is known in the industry, “Rideshare Slayer” is a litigation and trial attorney with extensive experience representing clients in personal injury and litigation; he has helped clients recover millions of dollars for their injuries. He practices in both state and federal courts. He has been selected as a 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Southern California Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Mr. Fradkin graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in Political Science and Russian before graduating cum laude from Western State College of Law where he finished near the top of his class while being the Business Editor and student writer of the Law Review. Mr. Fradkin has been admitted to practice law in California. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Prior to helping injured victims in personal injury cases, he spent a year at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office as a certified law clerk handling over 20 preliminary hearings.

Nina Sargsyan, before coming to the U.S., was a Deputy Judge in the Appellate Court of the Republic of Armenia. She moved to the U.S. and attended the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. She ultimately received her Masters of Law. After completing law school, Ms. Sargsyan practiced immigration law successfully for over two years – representing hundreds of clients in federal courts all over the country. Today, she focuses her expertise in the following practice areas: complex personal injury litigation; wrongful death; government liability; premise liability. Over the years, she has helped her clients recover millions of dollars. In 2018, specifically, one of her clients obtained a seven-figure settlement (pedestrian accident). Nina Sargsyan is experienced in all matters of pre-litigation and litigation. She is ready to fight for your rights after your personal injury accident.

Amy Gomez has always wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. As a child, her mother would often bring to the convalescent home where she worked; she realized the patients enjoyed having the joyful presence of a child around, and Amy loved keeping them company and talking to them. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, her initial impact was through her position as a pastry sous chef — introducing people to culinary delicacies. But she soon realized that it was a job that did not give her much fulfillment. She still wanted to make a positive impact on people’s lives, but that meant embarking on a new career path. She remembered the sense of purpose that came with working directly with people in the convalescent home, and so she started to work as a medical translator for a workers’ compensation orthopedic doctor. It was here that she witnessed first-hand how poorly represented injured workers were. They were needlessly suffering due to a lack of direction and inability to properly express their pain which, in turn, led to a lack of proper treatment. The frustration that came with the inability to help those unable to help themselves led Amy to the legal field. Amy didn’t want her education to be based on a generic curriculum so she took the long path. She became a well-rounded case manager while working alongside some of the most brilliant minds in the industry. She took medical courses in radiology, anatomy, and kinesiology, all the meanwhile taking paralegal courses at Los Angeles city College. She is currently preparing to attend law school. Her personal connection with her clients drives her, so that she one day can fight for her clients every step of the way until they are properly compensated for their damages.

Jacob Allen Brown was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. At a young age he developed a love for fishing and advocating for others. He is now a Senior Trial Attorney who relentlessly advocates for the injured, while still trying to find time for deep sea fishing.

 

 

Anthony Werbin obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School where he graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Mr. Werbin was a member of the Law Journal and worked as a Legal Extern in United States District Court, Central District of California, for the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew.

Mr. Werbin gained extensive legal experience representing numerous Fortune 500 Companies. Mr. Werbin has worked for some of the largest and most prestigious defense firms in the United States and has brought his unique perspective to the plaintiffs’ side.

Mr. Werbin specializes in premises liability, ride share accidents, construction site accidents, assault, and wrongful death cases and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California.
